What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the role:
- Preparing and delivering theory and practical training for apprentices, from health and safety and installation, to fault finding and testing.
- Conducting practical assessments
- Carrying out learner progress reviews, updating learner records and monitoring learner progress
- Flexibility to attend other training centres
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Fully qualified electricians (JIB Gold Card equivalent) with at least three years' electrical experience.
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint)
- Good communication skills nurturing and encouraging person
- A flexible, hard-working individual who is passionate about making a difference
- Happy to undergo a DBS check
- Full driving licence
My client is offering an annual salary starting at £33,000 depending on experience, for electricians with lecturing experience, the salary is increased up to circa £38,000
