My client, a Commercial Property Management company are looking for a Reception Administrator to join their team based in Cheltenham.

What are the day-to-day responsibilities of the Reception Administrator:

  • Provide first-class customer service to tenants and visitors
  • Managing on-site maintenance issues
  • Ensuring Health and Safety procedures are observed including conducting the weekly Fire Alarm test.
  • General administration work

Required Skills and Qualifications of the Reception Administrator:

  • Experience of delivering high levels of customer service
  • Smartly presented at all times
  • Confident communicator with excellent written and spoken English.
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office, Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation advantageous
