Conveyancing Fee Earner

Role: Conveyancing Paralegal / Case handler / Executive / Solicitor
Location - Stow-On-the-Wold
Salary - 23,000 - 45,000 + DOE
Office based, Full team support and live caseload.

Here at Simpson Judge we are looking to speak with experienced Residential Property Fee Earners that may be Unqualified but have experience handling their own caseload, across a variety of traditional conveyancing files.

Our client is based in the beautiful setting of Stow-On-the-Wold so being local is beneficial as again this is a fully office based position with no scope for hybrid or flexible working.

The role includes:

* Opening files and new matters on Case Management system
* Preparing client care letters and service plans
* Preparing and drafting correspondence and precedent documents for fee earners
* Submitting searches and preparing draft reports on results and title documents
* Carrying out bankruptcy searches
* Carrying out priority searches
* Preparing completion statements and invoices
* Drafting and submitting Land Registry applications and dealing with completions and post completions formalities
* Liaising with clients and other parties to keep files 'ticking over' for fee earners
* Audio typing from digital dictation system
* Daily use of outlook for diaries, booking client and departmental meetings

The ideal candidate:

* Previously worked in a residential property department.
* Personable.
* Able to work well using own initiative
* Pro-active and driven
* Strong ICT skills
