- Diagnose and resolve escalated technical issues across a variety of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Maintain, monitor, and troubleshoot servers, networks, and storage solutions.
- Provide advanced support for Windows Server, Active Directory, and virtualised environments (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
- Collaborate with 1st and 2nd Line Support teams to ensure seamless escalation processes.
- Implement system upgrades, patches, and new technologies.
- Ensure robust backup and disaster recovery systems are in place.
- Assist with IT projects, including migrations and system rollouts.
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes and solutions.
- Proven experience in a 3rd Line Support role or similar.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, and Office 365.
- Experience with networking (LAN/WAN), firewalls, and VPNs.
- Familiarity with virtualisation platforms such as VMware or Hyper-V.
- Scripting skills (e.g., PowerShell) are desirable.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, Cisco, or VMware) are advantageous.
