Key Responsibilities
As a Technical Architect, the successful candidate will:
- Lead strategic consultancy engagements, helping clients maximise their potential through advanced IT solutions.
- Design and deliver high-level and low-level architectures for complex enterprise projects.
- Provide oversight, governance, and technical leadership during IT transformations.
- Conduct technical discovery assessments to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with project management and solution architecture teams to ensure seamless delivery.
- Act as a technical authority, guiding project teams and ensuring adherence to best practices and architectural standards.
Technologies You'll Work With
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with an extensive range of modern technologies across various disciplines, including:
- Cloud and Virtualisation: Microsoft Azure Cloud, VMware, Hyper-V, Azure Virtual Desktop, Citrix DaaS.
- Microsoft 365 Modern Workplace: Entra ID, Microsoft Teams Phone, Microsoft Purview, Windows 10/11 OS.
- Datacentre Solutions: HPE and Aruba technology stacks, edge and datacentre networking solutions, storage and compute solutions.
- Security Solutions: Cybersecurity frameworks, web and email security, and disaster recovery solutions.
- Active Directory & Configuration Management: Active Directory, Group Policy, Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM).
- Collaboration Tools: Microsoft Exchange (on-premises/DAG), and integration with collaboration platforms.
- Backup & Disaster Recovery: Comprehensive backup and recovery technologies to ensure business continuity.

- Hold certifications in Cloud, Modern Workplace, or Datacentre technologies (e.g., Microsoft AZ-305, AZ-104, AZ-140, MS-102, MD-102, or equivalent).
