Salary: 33,000 - 38,000 per year
Hours: Monday - Thursday (07:30 AM - 04:00 PM), Friday (07:30 AM - 12:30 PM)

Your Role:

As Machine Shop Team Leader, you'll play a key part in ensuring smooth operations, leading a team of skilled machinists, and driving efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and mentoring machinists to achieve production goals
  • Overseeing CNC 3, 4, and 5-axis machining (Milling & Turning)
  • Setting and operating Fanuc and Heidenhain-controlled machines
  • Improving processes and implementing lean manufacturing techniques
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and aerospace quality standards
  • Collaborating with other departments for seamless operations


What We're Looking For:

  • Experience in setting & operating CNC Milling & Turning machines
  • Knowledge of Fanuc & Heidenhain controls (Bridgeport & Haas experience is a plus!)
  • Strong leadership & team management skills
  • Ability to problem-solve, meet deadlines, and optimise processes
