The Opportunity:

We are seeking a motivated Commercial Insurance Account Handler to join our growing team.

This role will support the day-to-day management of client accounts, assisting our Account Executives in driving growth while maintaining our high standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Maintain accurate, compliant documentation and databases
+ Follow procedures to ensure effective scheme management
+ Handle day-to-day queries from clients and insurers
+ Manage claims, liaising with all parties to achieve the best outcomes for clients
+ Develop knowledge of a full suite of commercial products and employee benefits
+ Build strong relationships with insurers
+ Present client solutions to market
+ Advise clients on their insurance needs, ensuring all recommendations are aligned with their demands
+ Provide excellent customer service, taking ultimate responsibility for your clients
+ Attend meetings and training sessions as required
+ Opportunity for progression to Account Executive

About You:

+ Minimum of two years' insurance experience with a focus on customer service
+ Cert CII qualification (advantageous)
+ Strong IT skills; SSP system experience is a plus
+ Excellent organisational and time management skills
+ Strong relationship-building and communication abilities
+ Self-motivated, proactive, and dependable
