About the client - A specialist insurance brokerage based in Cheltenham, with over 60 years of experience. Owned by a larger group who pride themselves on being a force for good including donating over £100 million to charities since 2016.

What you’ll be doing -

  • Handle claims efficiently, liaising with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain up-to-date claims files and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Verify policy coverage before advising clients.
  • Support the claims team with documentation and analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Participate in cross-team projects and provide insights to underwriters.

Must haves!

  • Previous Insurance experience.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and confident numeracy abilities.
  • Friendly & down to earth personality with a team player mentality.

Nice to haves!

  • A qualification within Insurance, or working towards, however this client can support this.
  • Previous Claims Experience or Commercial Insurance experience would make the role a lot easier to grasp.
