Duties:

  • Manage, action and file the incoming emails in the departmental electronic mailboxes
  • Request information from potential or existing counterparties as and when required
  • Maintain the business database records of clients, underwriters and other entities
  • Perform due diligence checks on potential new counterparties and reviews of existing counterparties
  • Electronic filing of records resulting from investigations in accordance with the filing protocols
  • To prepare specific documents for dispatch to internal and external sources
  • Build relationships with key internal stakeholders
