Are you a recent MSc graduate in Town Planning with a passion for shaping communities and sustainable development? We are working with a prestigious planning consultancy in Cheltenham who are looking to expand their team by bringing on a talented and driven Graduate Town Planner.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Graduate to gain exposure to a wide range of projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing planning applications, reports, and assessments.

  • Work closely with senior planners and other teams to deliver planning solutions.

  • Conduct site assessments and surveys, and contribute to planning strategy development.

  • Help manage client relationships, providing excellent advice and communication.

  • Stay up to date with local planning policies, regulations, and emerging trends.

  • Contribute to the preparation of masterplans, development frameworks, and planning documents.

Key Requirements:

  • MSc in Town Planning or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • A proactive and self-motivated attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
