New Build Conveyancer - CheltenhamSalary: Up to £55,000 (DOE)

TSR Legal are delighted to be partnering with a well-regarded Cheltenham-based law firm that specialises in residential conveyancing. This firm has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, client-focused legal services and is now looking to expand its team with an experienced New Build Solicitor.

The Role

As a New Build Solicitor, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of new build property transactions, including purchases, sales, shared ownership, leasehold, and help-to-buy matters.
  • Provide clear and practical legal advice to clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transaction process.
  • Work closely with housebuilders, developers, estate agents, and lenders to maintain strong professional relationships.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, keeping up to date with industry changes.
  • Assist with business development and marketing initiatives to support the firm’s continued growth.
  • Supervise and support junior team members, contributing to a collaborative and supportive working environment.
The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualified Solicitor status with experience in new build conveyancing.
  • Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and the Land Registry process.
  • Proven ability to manage a busy caseload independently, meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
  • Excellent client care skills, with the confidence to liaise with clients, developers, lenders, and third parties.
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Experience in business development and marketing within the legal sector (desirable).
