Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing files, including sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, and new build properties.
- Provide supervision and support to junior members of staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Ensure high levels of client care and service throughout all transactions.
- Qualified Solicitor / CILEX Lawyer/ PQ Paralegal
