This is a fantastic opportunity for an associate level Corporate Commercial Solicitor at a well-established Cheltenham law firm, with a strong corporate department. 

Your profile:

• Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE
• Strong experience advising in corporate law, including agreements, articles of association, LLPs and partnerships
• Good drafting skills for commercial contracts
