Corporate Commercial Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham, £65,000 - £80,000 (DOE) – A new role has arisen for an experienced Corporate Commercial Solicitor to join a highly reputable team in Cheltenham.JOB REF:8970.• Applications are sought from Corporate Commercial Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE gained with another leading regional law firm.• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include mergers and acquisitions, investment agreements, shareholder agreements and joint ventures, corporate reorganisations, EMI options and share schemes, LLPs and partnerships and commercial contracts matters.• The appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor will work directly alongside the head of department and will be working on a caseload of complex corporate matters.• You will be responsible for developing your own client list and will help in the growth and development of the department.• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.• Previous experience of supervising more junior members of a team would be advantageous.• Competitive remuneration package on offer.• To apply contact Penny on or email with your CV, or simply call for a confidential discussion.eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission.
