I am currently recruiting for a Private Client Partner to join a highly respected Top 100 Law Firm in Cheltenham. The Private Client team is renowned for delivering top-tier advice across a broad range of issues, making this a unique opportunity for a seasoned legal professional seeking to lead and inspire within a dynamic environment.The Role: As a Private Client Partner, you will take on a leadership role guiding a talented team of solicitors and support staff. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Leadership & Strategy: Providing strategic direction for the Private Client department, ensuring that the team meets and exceeds its objectives.
  • Growth & Development: Developing and executing strategies to expand our footprint in the Cheltenham market and the wider three counties region.
  • Client Services: Delivering high-quality legal advice on matters including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate, while fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Business Development: Actively engaging in business development initiatives to grow the firm’s client base and enhance its reputation.
  • Collaboration: Working closely with other departments and partners to leverage collective expertise and resources.
  • Mentorship: Mentoring and supporting junior solicitors, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.
  • Compliance & Ethics: Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and ethical practice.
About You: The ideal candidate will possess:
  • Experience: A substantial background in Private Client law, with a proven track record of leadership and management within a legal firm or department.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, coupled with strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
