Commercial Property Solicitor, Associate or Senior Associate Location: Gloucestershire The Role A well-established legal practice with over 35 years of expertise is currently seeking an experienced and driven Commercial Property Solicitor to join their reputable team. The Firm The team consists of energetic, enthusiastic professionals who deliver exceptional client care and service. They maintain a healthy balance of work and fun, with regular social events like after-work drinks, pizza lunches, parties, and a book club. You You will have at least 6 years PQE with a following, and will be passionate about your field, experienced in undertaking a broad range of commercial property work. 
  • Be commercially aware, applying legal expertise to offer clients commercially beneficial advice. 
  • Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters independently or as part of a team, including leasehold, freehold, sales and purchases, leases, refinance, and landlord/tenant issues. 
  • Demonstrate excellent client care, fostering long-term relationships, and have proven business development and networking skills. 
  • Possess strong IT skills, experience with case management systems, and a positive, can-do attitude. 
  • Work effectively within a team, showcasing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
