As a Legal Secretary on the Litigation Team, you will:

  • Provide thorough secretarial and administrative support to the litigation team.
  • Manage diaries, schedule meetings, and organise travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and format legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision.
  • Liaise with clients, court personnel, and other stakeholders with professionalism and promptness.
  • Maintain accurate records and case files, ensuring all documentation isup to date and compliant.
  • Assist with billing and various other administrative tasks.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience working in a litigation department.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities while maintaining professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the capability to work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with specific litigation processes and documentation.
