Responsibilities:As a Legal Secretary, you will:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to legal professionals
  • Manage correspondence and maintain filing systems
  • Draught and prepare legal documents and contracts
  • Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings
  • Assist with client inquiries and maintain professional relationships
  • Perform research and gather relevant information as needed

Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Proven experience as a Legal Secretary
  • Strong knowledge of legal terminology and procedures
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal management software

Desirable (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):While not essential, the following will be advantageous:
