Legal Assistant
My client based in Toddington (Nr Cheltenham) one of the fastest growing Green Energy companies in the UK are looking to recruit a Legal Assistant. The role will be supporting the Legal Advisor and would suit a graduate looking to thrive and develop within this growing business or someone looking to return to Legal work.
This is a permanent role but either full or part time hours will be considered (minimum of 20 hours per week).
100% office based.
When fully trained the responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the Legal Advisor with contracts, heads of terms and non-disclosures for suppliers
- Drafting, proofreading, and filing of all legal documentation.
- Building strong relationships with suppliers ensuring an excellent level of service
- Maintain regular supplier communication by phone, email, or in person.
- Administration support to include, maintaining calendars, making photocopies, scanning, and organizing files.
Required Skills and Attributes:
- LLB qualification preferred but experience within a similar role will be considered
- Competent with Microsoft Office, especially Excel (essential)
- Excellent written English and verbal communication skills
- High degree of accuracy and diligence
In return:
- Full time hours 8.30am - 5pm Monday to Friday
- Part time hours considered minimum of 20 hours required.
