We are seeking an experienced Paralegal to join our reputable, Cheltenham based client in the private client sector. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a passion for the legal field and a commitment to providing exceptional support to solicitors and clients alike.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Assist solicitors with a variety of tasks in the private client sector, including wills, trusts, and estate administration.
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents under the supervision of a solicitor.
  • Manage client files, ensuring all information is up-to-date and organised.
  • Communicate with clients, providing updates and gathering necessary information as needed.
  • Prepare for and attend client meetings and legal proceedings, taking notes and assisting with case management.
  • Liaise with external parties, such as courts or other legal professionals, to coordinate activities and exchange information.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and firm policies and procedures.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the private client sector.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology, documentation, and processes.
  • Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in the use of legal database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and a high level of discretion.
