A fast-growing manufacturing business are on the hunt for a dynamic Inventory Manager who knows the ins and outs of ERP systems and has the expertise to revolutionise how inventory is managed. What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of our inventory control processes, elevating them to achieve 100% stock accuracy
  • Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes
  • Lead, organise, and oversee stocktakes when required, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory accuracy and reporting
  • Resolve discrepancies with a forensic approach to ensure our systems align with reality

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for someone with an analytical problem solver, who understands stock accuracy, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in inventory management, within a manufacturing business
  • Experienced utilising ERP systems for stock accuracy, exposure to IFS would be beneficial
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to develop fail-proof processes
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a methodical approach to solving inventory challenges
  • Have experience implementing or optimising cycle counting programs
