A fast-growing manufacturing business are on the hunt for a dynamic Inventory Manager who knows the ins and outs of ERP systems and has the expertise to revolutionise how inventory is managed. This is your opportunity to lead transformative initiatives that ensure stock accuracy while implementing sustainable practices to future-proof our operations.What You'll Do:

  • Take ownership of our inventory control processes, elevating them to achieve 100% stock accuracy
  • Develop and implement effective cycle count processes to eliminate the need for traditional stocktakes
  • Lead, organise, and oversee stocktakes when required, ensuring smooth execution and reliable results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimise inventory accuracy and reporting
  • Resolve discrepancies with a forensic approach to ensure our systems align with reality

What We're Looking For:We're looking for someone with an analytical problem solver, who understands stock accuracy, the ideal candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in inventory management, within a manufacturing business
  • Experienced utilising ERP systems for stock accuracy, exposure to IFS would be beneficial
  • Possess an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to develop fail-proof processes
  • Demonstrate analytical thinking and a methodical approach to solving inventory challenges
  • Have experience implementing or optimising cycle counting programs
