With a focus on high-quality service and precision, you’ll be instrumental in managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth workflows, and delivering the best packaging solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead a team of operatives, ensuring they adhere to high performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory control, including the management of stock in & out, ensuring accuracy in all processes.
  • Maintain a well-organized, clean, and safe workspace to facilitate operational efficiency.
  • Drive continuous improvement, ensuring all team members follow best practices.
  • Support production tasks like quality checks, cutting, welding, and working with various production teams.
  • Operate and monitor equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Perform quality control checks and report defects to the Production Manager.
  • Foster effective communication across departments to ensure smooth workflows.

  • Supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
