Part-Time Administration Assistant (20 hours)

Bishops Cleeve, Cheltenham

Circa £30,000 per annum (pro rata)

Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional with a passion for customer service and knowledge within property/construction? This role offers 20 hours per week, with the potential to expand to full-time in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support within the housing and property development sector
  • You will be the first point of contact for customers, over email and some over the phone
  • Efficiently handle Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, Outlook
  • Handling inquiries from clients and residents professionally and promptly.
  • Organise and manage documentation with a keen eye for accuracy and detail.
  • Being the support in the office, dealing with other ad hoc duties

About You

  • Experience in the housing or property development industry is preferable
  • A confident user of Microsoft Excel
  • Able to work as part of a small, collaborative team
  • Detail oriented
  • Strong customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients.
  • A proactive, reliable attitude and excellent organisational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and eager to succeed
