A quality focused, multi-award winning Housing Developer based in the South Midlands are looking for an Assistant Site Manager to join their team.
Job Description Job Duties:- Assist the Site Manager in overseeing the construction project
- Ensure health and safety regulations are adhered to on site
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and tradespeople
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Resolve any onsite issues or conflicts
- Valid SMSTS certification
- CSCS card
- First Aid certification
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Prior experience in traditional new build housing projects
- 2+ years experience of PLC house building processes
- Strong understanding of construction processes
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Attention to detail
