Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of operatives, ensuring the highest performance, safety, and quality standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient goods in & out processes and stock control.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace that promotes smooth workflow.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead your team toward better practices.
  • Support production processes, including quality checks, cutting, welding, and liaising with other departments.
  • Operate machinery and monitor the smooth running of manufacturing equipment.
  • Ensure quality control is upheld and report any issues to the production manager.
  • Foster strong teamwork and clear communication between teams.
