Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of operatives, ensuring the highest performance, safety, and quality standards.
- Oversee inventory management, ensuring efficient goods in & out processes and stock control.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace that promotes smooth workflow.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and lead your team toward better practices.
- Support production processes, including quality checks, cutting, welding, and liaising with other departments.
- Operate machinery and monitor the smooth running of manufacturing equipment.
- Ensure quality control is upheld and report any issues to the production manager.
- Foster strong teamwork and clear communication between teams.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven leadership experience in a warehouse or manufacturing setting.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physically fit and ready for hands-on work.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team.
