Responsible for leading and managing the company's Health & Safety, Training, and Quality, ensuring high standards are maintained. Oversee all aspects of Health & Safety, safeguarding staff, contractors, and clients, while ensuring installation quality through inspections, audits, and structured training. Manage the Operations Support Team, fostering communication, development, and the use of AI to enhance efficiency and working practices.

- Salary - £55,000 - £65,000
- Holiday 20 plus bank
- Working hours - 8:30 - 5:00

Operations Manager Job Overview
- Health & Safety: Ensure compliance, maintain accreditations (e.g., CHAS), conduct risk assessments, and manage H&S policies/procedures
- Training: Oversee the Training Matrix, identify staff training needs, organise courses, and ensure all certifications are up to date
- Team Management: Lead the Operational Support team, recruit as needed, support AI-driven efficiencies, and manage external consultants.
- Quality Control: Maintain MCS accreditation, oversee installation inspections, drive continuous improvement, and ensure compliance with regulations.
Operations Manager Job Requirement
- Proven leadership and management experience.
- Extensive Health & Safety management background, including workplace risk assessments and audits.
- NEBOSH General or Construction Certificate (or higher qualifications such as NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 5+ in Health & Safety).
- Strong knowledge of the construction industry, with a preference for rooftop solar experience
