About the role…

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our hard-working, highly successful team.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the person will oversee the day to day activities of the operational workforce, covering all aspects of waste management, health and safety, compliance and routine administration duties.

This is a dynamic and fast paced role and you will have the confidence to handle any challenge that comes your way to assist in maintaining operations. You will need to be decisive, be able to manage competing priorities and balance this by reflecting on and implementing key changes to ensure continuous improvement.  

You will need…

  • Full driving licence to be able to drive a range of vehicles up to and including 3.5 tonnes gross weight
  • Experience in office environment / similar or related role
  • Experience of managing a team
