The Role
- Lead a high-performing Production & Material Planning team
- Shape and enhance planning processes for maximum efficiency
- Play a key role in S&OP, capacity planning, and forecasting
- Drive continuous improvement and contribute to operational success
- Work with cutting-edge ERP systems to deliver best in class supply chain within the business.
The Person
- Proven experience in Planning Management within a complex manufacturing environment
- Deep understanding of finite scheduling, capacity planning & S&OP
- Expertise in ERP systems (IFS is a plus!)
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities
- A detail-oriented, completer-finisher mindset
