We have a fantastic opportunity for a Group Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Bishops Cleeve office in Cheltenham. As our Group Sales and Marketing Executive you will be responsible for providing guidance across prospecting, marketing and customer journey and input into ongoing systems, process, and policy development for maximum UX and CX satisfaction. You will assist with data analysis and produce adoption metrics for upward reporting to monitor delivery of the customer journey and sales KPIs and assist with the application of digital marketing. Provide administrative support to the day-to-day operation of the group sales and marketing function, developing and communicating new processes as required.

    Desirable –

    • Understanding of industry standards and regulations including consumer code, NHQC, GDPR, ASA
    • Experience of supporting in the application of digital marketing, particularly with SEO, CMS content management
    • Foundational understanding of the marketing channel mix with a particular focus in digital marketing
    • Familiar with CMS systems and competent in the basic support of managing content

    • Support changes to processes, policies and systems and new functionality in Keys to comply with the NHQC and regulatory changes
    • Produce data on systems adoption and monitor customer journey milestones (Six Clicks reservation, Meet the Builder, Home Demo Inspection, Extras ordering, Handover ) in line with company policy and the customer journey.
    • As Expert User, act as a port of call for Keys related issues, inputting into enhancements required for optimum UX and CX experience
    • Assist with Keys testing, attend user groups and run training sessions as required
    • Oversee administration of sales training via external suppliers, and support Vistry Learn with course updates, keeping abreast of legal and regulatory changes
    • Support in the management of GMB lists
    • Undertake presentation and content audits of our developments on our retail websites
    • Act as a support to regional teams with CMS queries
    • Support the Digital team with content updates across our retail websites
    • Assist with group sales and marketing reporting and communications, presentation preparation
    • Help organise meetings and exhibitions/conferences, taking minutes and drawing up action plans
    • Obtain quotes for approval, process POs and manage invoice queries
    • Assist with updating sales and marketing resources on company intranet, including policies and best practice guidelines on BMS
