- Provide technical support to internal and external customers and stakeholders across the product lifecycle.
- Review technical specifications and ensure product conformance to design requirements.
- Manage major and minor changes utilizing the Engineering Change Notice (ECN) workflow.
- Conduct root cause investigations and implement effective corrective actions.
- Generate high-quality technical documents and reports.
- Collaborate with Operations teams, external suppliers, and customers to resolve technical issues.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of products and processes.
- Support NPI activities, including design evaluation (desirable).
- Degree or equivalent in a Mechanical Engineering discipline, or significant industry experience with good educational standards.
- Demonstrable experience in a technical support/Mechanical Engineering role within a manufacturing environment, preferably within the Aerospace industry.
- Experience with design evaluation or NPI is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ERP systems.
- Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Flexibility to travel occasionally and work outside of core hours as required to support business priorities.
