Account Manager

Due to company growth, our well-established digital design and marketing agency client based in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire (free parking on site) is seeking a proactive candidate to become a key part of their hardworking and dedicated Sales team as an Account Manager. Based within the beautiful Cotswolds, they produce digital and print content for iconic prestigious brands. If you are looking for an exciting career opportunity this is one not to be missed!

This is a full-time, permanent job and an excellent career opportunity! There is full training provided within the role therefore no previous experience is required (although advantageous), essentially our client is looking for someone who is bright, articulate, and keen to learn, the rest they can teach!

The main purpose of the role will be to proactively source new leads and hunt for business across a variety of pre agreed business sectors as well as maintain positive working relationships with pre-existing customers. You will need to be happy to pick up the phone, send emails, meet clients via video calls, or attend meetings in person as well as relevant industry events.

Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively sourcing new leads

- Following up on leads that you are provided with

- Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email and video calls

- Attending face to face meetings with clients

- Attending trade shows

Candidate Attributes:

- Previous sales experience ideal but not essential

- Fantastic telephone manner

- Enthusiastic and organised

- Computer literate

- Driving license essential

Hours: Monday - Friday - 9am - 5:30pm - Please note some Fridays you will be working 8am - 4pm

Salary: Up to £30,000 basic salary + realistic OTE of an extra £3,000 per annum.
