Year 1 Teacher

Job Role:

• Full class responsibilities, including planning, marking, and assessment.
• Deliver high-quality lessons following the National Curriculum.
• Foster a positive learning environment in a primary school setting.
• Work with Year 1 pupils, supporting their academic and personal development.
• Maintain excellent behaviour management strategies in the classroom.
• Engage with parents, carers, and staff to ensure pupil progress.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working as a Class Teacher in a primary school.
• Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and Key Stage 1 (KS1).
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Ability to plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons.
• Commitment to creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment.
