About the Role

This is a unique time to join Busy Bees as we launch our Bee Curious curriculum, designed to ignite curiosity and confidence in young learners.

Busy Bees Prestbury Road is a unique centre based in a converted house with a separate preschool room. The centre hides a spacious outdoor area to support children’s outdoor learning.

The centre has had a full refurbishment which has created lovely environments for children and staff.

Plus, we’re thrilled to announce our new charity partnership with BBC Children in Need, with exciting opportunities for community involvement and fundraising to make a difference in children’s lives.

What We’re Looking For

  • Qualifications: Full and relevant Level 3 or higher in Early Years
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Manager
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills with a focus on high-quality childcare
