Our excellent client in Staverton is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join their fun and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.

Your main responsibility will be to support the Technical Department in all administration and coordination of maintenance accounts, reporting and technical documentation. This role will suit an organised person with strong coordination / administrative skills.

Responsibilities:

-Support and develop all client support and maintenance accounts

-Develop relationships with maintenance clients

-Schedule and coordinate PPM works and assist with coordination of minor works projects for clients

-Assist with costing PPM maintenance works

-Assist with the creation of maintenance contracts and manage renewals

-Oversee and assist with the administration of all incoming maintenance defects / works

-Oversee the arrangement of subcontractors works and programmes producing / reviewing / submitting RAMS

-Produce PPM Report’s and Quotes for PPM related activities

-Coordinate maintenance works and provide administrative support where required

Candidate Attributes:

-Good coordination and reporting skills

-Technical mindset with strong attention to detail

-Ability to work to your own initiative as well as part of a wider team

-Strong time management and organisational skills

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm
