My client is an established business looking for an experienced Office Manager to join their team in Cheltenham city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and confident individual who thrives in a fast-paced and varied role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee administrative and organisational operations, overseeing key areas such as finance, marketing, and HR to ensure the consultancy’s smooth functioning
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
- Support HR function
- Providing full secretarial admin support to senior management
- Finance support to senior management
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
