Your Role

As a Sheet Metal Worker, you will:

  • Fabricate & Repair: Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to shape and repair aerospace components.
  • Work with Precision: Read and interpret technical drawings to achieve high-quality results.
  • Maintain Standards: Meet production targets while upholding quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate: Share expertise with team members and support continuous improvement efforts.
  • Support Audits: Assist in internal and external audits to enhance processes.
About You

You're a skilled professional with:

  • Sheet Metal Expertise: Hands-on experience in metal fabrication techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to read and interpret technical drawings accurately.
  • Tool Proficiency: Skilled in using machinery, hand tools, and power tools.
  • Panel Beater Experience: A background in shaping metals like Titanium, Steel, or Aluminium is a bonus. (Familiarity with tools like shrinkers, stretchers, English wheels, and rollers is highly desirable.)

Note: Welding experience is not required. Full training will be provided!
