Class 1 Hospitalityare looking for a team of bartenders for events in theCheltenham.
Currently we are looking for a team of full time Cellar Porter within the Cheltenham area. This role is offering an immediate start.
Responsible
  • Moving and the delivering/storing of stock/equipment internally on site
  • Reporting to site supervisor/manager for general instruction
  • Logistics porter tasks
  • Cellar maintenance (Stock rotation, changing barrels, date stamps etc.)
  • Moving and installing kegs
  • Supporting bar teams and managers during service
  • Transporting stock to the appropriate premises
  • Radio reporting skills (excellent communication)
  • Unloading and unpacking deliveries
  • Potential stock taking with supervision (if working during the week)

The Candidate
To be considered for the position, you must be able to display excellent attention to standards and instructions given.
  • Thorough attention to detail, excellent time management and critical thinking skills
  • In-depth knowledge of kitchen safety and health regulations
  • Excellent stamina to work long hours.
  • Excellent stress management skills
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues.
  • Ability to follow all instructions given.
Experience/Qualification requirements:
  • Physically fit as this role requires heavy lifting and long hours on foot
  • A can do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Knowledgeable about drinks however not essential as training will be provided
  • Must be 18 or over
