The ideal candidates will have a genuine love for working with children and a commitment to their development and well-being.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities.
- Support the physical, emotional, and social development of children.
- Maintain a safe and stimulating environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and carers.
- Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback and support.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 40 days working with children within the last 5 years.
- Relevant qualifications in Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- A proactive and positive attitude.
