HR Administrator

Location: Cheltenham

Salary- £23,000-£25,000 per annum

Hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm on site

Contract Type: temp for circa 2-3 months with the potential to be extended  

My Cheltenham  based client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer  service within the property industry. They have an opportunity for an HR administrator  to join their team on a full time temporary basis to assist the HR manager.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing HR administration support within contracts and document formatting and assisting the HR manager with additional responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the Hr manager to support processes
  • Assisting the compliance team with reviewing contracts
  • Formatting contracts/ compliance documents
  • Updating the internal databases
  • Supporting the wider team with formatting personnel records/documents

Requirements:

  • Have good administration skills and good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Have excellent attention to detail to update records accurately
  • Previous experience as a HR administrator
  • Have an interest within the property market
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be polite, professional and motivated to do well.
