The OpportunityStep into an exciting role as a Luxury Automotive Parts Coordinator with our client’s prestigious team in Cheltenham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and passionate about working with premium vehicle brands. As a key member of the Parts Department, you’ll ensure seamless operations while delivering top-quality service to both customers and internal teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth operation of the Parts Department, including managing orders, deliveries, and vehicle collections.
• Provide prompt, courteous, and knowledgeable service to customers and colleagues.
• Maintain accurate stock levels and ensure efficient processing of goods.
• Work closely with the team to support day-to-day operations and problem-solving.

What You Bring:

• Previous experience in a Parts Advisor or similar role within the automotive industry, ideally with luxury vehicles.
• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to diverse audiences.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• A passion for luxury vehicles and familiarity with high-end car brands.
• Strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills.
