Sales Administrator - Immediate Start

Bourton on the water – hybrid work

25 hours per week £12.21 – 14 per hour DOE

Seeking a sales administrator to support the team. This is for up to 4 months although could be extended. This role is for a minimum of three hours per day and up to 25 hours per week for up to 4 months.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor overdue purchase orders and liaise with suppliers to ensure goods are delivered before stock outs are
  • Track and expedite purchase orders
  • Ensure timely ordering of materials through the ERP system and requisition emails
  • Ensure the ERP system is updates with confirmed delivery dates
  • Update item purchase prices on our system once approved
  • Management of stationery and welfare items

The Person

  • Proven sales administration/order processing experience
  • Good ERP system experience
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proactive approach to work
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
