  • Process payroll from client information
  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, liaising on payroll and associated queries
  • Provide a support service to other departments on client payroll and PAYE matters
  • Handle client data and prepare reports and documentation
  • Maintain accurate and concise record systems
  • Provide administrative support to the Payroll Solutions team
  • Deal with ad hoc queries
  • Manage internal relationships and deal with third party queries (HMRC, etc
  • You have at least 2 years’ experience in PAYE and other payroll processes, including RTI and auto enrolment
  • You have a knowledge of STAR/CINTRA (desirable but not essential)
  • You are dedicated to furthering your payroll skills through formal training
  • You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
  • You have excellent soft skills and customer service skills - communication with an emphasis on your telephone manager; accurate and methodical; positive in your attitude; flexible with an ability to manage a number of tasks at the same time and meet deadlines; resilient and able to work well with your team.
