- Ensure the asset management system reflects real-time physical inventory.
- Analyse data to anticipate future asset needs and optimise utilisation.
- Forecast supply and demand to prevent shortages and overstocking.
- Investigate asset reports and identify necessary replacements or upgrades.
- Serve as the main point of contact for asset management queries.
- Work closely with warehouse and internal teams to meet business objectives.
- Support the Head of Fleet with stock calculations and forecasting.
- Ensure assets are allocated correctly to meet customer requirements.
- Identify and suggest improvements based on data analysis.

- GCSE-level education or equivalent.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Previous experience in asset management, inventory control, or fleet management.
- Familiarity with data analysis and forecasting techniques.
