Compliance Administrator

Location: Cheltenham

Salary- £25,000- £27,000 per annum

Hours- Monday-Friday 9am-5.30pm on site

Contract Type: 3-6 month temp contract with the potential to go permanent

My Cheltenham  based client is dedicated to providing exceptional customer  service within the property industry. They have an opportunity for an experienced administrator to join their team on a full time temporary basis with the potential to go permanent.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer support, resolving inquiries, checking contracts and updating the company records to ensure all compliance requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working with the internal team to support processes
  • Record all compliance and maintenance certificates
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and email  in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaising with suppliers and updating their records
  • Working with managers to ensure the resolution of service and compliance issues

Requirements:

  • Have good administration skills and good knowledge of MS Office packages
  • Have excellent attention to detail to update records accurately
  • Have an interest within the property market
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be polite, professional and motivated to do well.
