We are seeking experienced and newly qualified teachers to join our growing team of supply staff, working on flexible temporary contracts in Cheltenham. Your new role:As a supply teacher, you can choose between working day-to-day, or working on longer term contracts. As a supply teacher, you will use your curriculum knowledge and expertise to deliver engaging lessons across the national curriculum. Ability to manage behaviour and make an instant impact is essential. Once registered with Hays, you will gain ongoing support from a Hays education consultant, who will seek roles on your behalf, based on your chosen criteria. We operate across Gloucestershire, so a driving license/good transport links are essential. What you'll need to succeed:At hays, we only recruit the best local teachers. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are essential. All teachers must have or be working towards QTS (qualified teacher status). Additionally, you must have in-class teaching experience in the last 5 years. If you don't meet the above criteria, we may have alternative roles available. Please note we also recruit supply Teaching assistants (prior childcare experience is essential).
