This role involves covering classes within Key Stage Two, ensuring continuity of education for pupils during teacher absences.Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to KS2 students.
- Follow lesson plans and ensure a smooth transition for students.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies.
- Adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of individual students.
- Provide feedback to the regular class teacher on student progress.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching in KS2 is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work in different school environments.
