Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality lessons across various year groups
- Follow and adapt lesson plans with occasional planning required
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively and create an engaging learning environment
- Work collaboratively with school staff to maintain continuity in learning
Ideal Candidate:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Full DBS certificate (ideally on the update system)
- Experience working with children in a primary school setting
- A flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
- Strong communication and classroom management skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently
- A passion for working with young learners and supporting their growth
