The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons, managing classroom behaviour, and ensuring that all students make progress in their learning.Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons in line with the national curriculum.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support student development.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and performance.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is essential.
- Experience teaching Year 6 or upper Key Stage 2 is preferred.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of all students.
