Our client, who have many years’ experience providing innovative and highly technical data centres worldwide, have gone through an outstanding growth period and are looking for a dynamic, hardworking and enthusiastic individual to join their team. You will work from their modern and spacious offices in Staverton on a full time permanent basis.

This is a dual role split between both the sales and client training departments where your key responsibilities will be to assist with providing updates and creation of technical sales documentation whilst analysing market position and future growth plans. As well as managing the training platforms for global clients providing advice and support where needed.

This role would suit a recent graduate, or someone with a passion for technical writing. Responsibilities:

-Update and develop sales documentation, ensuring all client documentation (proposals/tenders/contracts) is accurate, detailed and complete

-Identify new sales opportunities where possible and respond to leads and inquiries

-Maintain effective client communication and contact to maximise sales through regular calls and meetings

-Analyse competitors and market positions of key players and customers

-Assist with the coordination of colleagues across the business in compiling detailed reports and tenders to clients, including designs, programs, and costs

-Prepare weekly updates to the Operations Team covering the latest sales, marketing and operational status of live projects

-Develop and write product manuals and technical documentation to project deadlines (extensive training provided)

-With support, develop and maintain digital training and handover tools

-Proactively contact clients to arrange and promote training

-Provide regular reporting of existing and future training sessions and monitor training records for all clients

-Work with subcontractors to develop training guides, videos, and training sessions

-Provide reports to the business on training programs and client feedback

Candidate Attributes:

-Educated to a degree level

-Excellent people and communications

-Ability to work in a fast paced environment

-Strong desire to develop skillset in a niche area

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary: Highly competitive depending on experience (able to disclose upon application) + leading benefits package including private healthcare and access to mental health wellness and other wellbeing resources, an onsite gym, a state of the art coffee machine and free parking
